The new member on behalf of the Australian Capital Training Group PTY LTD (the Supplier) must provide services to the Cancer Australia Audit Committee as the Independent Member. As a Member of the Cancer Australia's Audit and Risk Committee (the Committee), the Committee is directly responsible and accountable to the Cancer Australia Accountable Authority for the exercise of its responsibilities. The Committee must at all times recognise that the primary responsibility for management of Cancer Australia rests with the Accountable Authority.
